Definition:
System 7 is a lone graphical user interface which is a based operating system for MAC computers presented by Apple computers after system 6 and before Mac OS 8.
Features:
As a successor to system 6, system 7 offers a lot more of applications such as:
Built in cooperative multitasking- which was made mandatory unlike system 6.
Aliases – these are most likely to be small files that represent another object in the file system.
Personal file sharing- this allows any machine to issue folders to the apple talk system network.
There so many features on system 7 rather than system 6 which can be found on the Wikipedia website.
Software:
It is believed that System 7 invention is the initial version on MACs operating system to have a hard because of uncomfortable use of floppy disk. (Wikipedia, 1997)
